This keynote presentation was delivered at NTUTORR's Autumn 2024 Lecture series on Whole of Institution Approaches to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) held at IADT. The presentation entitled Diverse Voices in UDL: Towards Whole of Institution Implementation, emphasises the adoption of universal design and universal design for learning across IADT. The presentation also explores how librarians embrace universal design in relation to building design and digital accessibility and how they use the CAST Framework in their teaching activities to promote inclusive teaching and learning strategies. The presentation culminates with an exploration of the impact of poor design on mental health as well as a discussion of AHEAD's Altitude Charter.
