This research delves into the impact of music on the perception of art, exploring how combining visual stimuli can evoke emotions and interpretations. This power combination was surveyed and captured through a series of viewings within the National Gallery of Ireland. Choosing five paintings, the researcher created musical compositions based on the artwork. These were granted to five participants in order to gauge how they responded to the mixing of audio and visual art. Through the research of literature, methodology, and full analysis, the reader will form an understanding of the powerful response to the blend of two important mediums.
